In this week’s Lens-Artists Photo Challenge #126: An Alphabet Challenge–Subjects That Begin with the Letter A, we invite you share images that feature a subject that starts with the letter A. You can also include signs and graffiti with the letter A. For an added challenge, capture an image that illustrates a concept with the letter A, such as alone, abstract, or afraid.
Wonderful illustrations of “A”. Thanks for getting me thinking.
Enjoy playing along!
Fabulous examples/photos for the Letter A, Priscilla. I love your atmospheric shots as well as your conceptual ones. That one of “adoration” is perfect! His expression is priceless.
Thank you, Patti. Yes, that’s my son…and I adore him. 🙂
I really liked all your choices, especially the last two in the first set and the one of your son and his wife (?). I think I remember you posting about their wedding, but perhaps I’m confused. I like the shot anyway. 🙂

Thanks, Janet; yes, that is my son and his wife in a shot I took for their wedding. 🙂
Really good illustrations of both the words that begin with A as well as the concepts you’ve selected. And, as always, great photos. My favorite is the last one — active — because it just makes me happy!
Thanks! Yeah, that little pup is Molly, my daughter’s fur baby. She is a sweetie and makes me smile!
Wow, it took me so long to think of words in English with the letter A and I couldn’t think of any of the ones you put…
Love your nature serie and your adoration, abundance, active images… 🙂
Doing the challenge in more than one language is extra clever! Congratulations! Thanks for your visit, Ana.
😘
Some very fine “A’s” Priscilla, nicely done! I especially loved the atmosphere – which was a very clever way to use A, as well as some beautiful examples!
Thanks, Tina. I am loving the fog in this temporal rain forest. It creates such beautiful light! I took that “atmosphere” photo on my way down the driveway to take the trash out. My driveway is a mile long…
A-Okay is what I really want my week to me and trying so to achieve it. Thank you very much for sharing these amazing captures 🙂
You’re welcome. Best of luck!
Excellent choices! Well done. I like seeing a masked runner. Now, if only I could run.
My daughter’s boyfriend…a young man who is full of energy! Thanks for your visit, John.
Perfect as usual, Priscilla! Love especially Atmosphere, Adoration and Action. The dog and its owner are lifting the same foot.
Thanks! I didn’t notice that Jake and Molly were so much in stride. 🙂
A-wesome Priscilla.
Thanks, Helen!
