I decided to scan the snapshots in my photo albums and create a digital record that I could share electronically with my scattered family, my mom and siblings in California and my grown children in Illinois and Wisconsin. I call it the Grandparent Project, and it tells the story of my mother’s seven grandchildren. It was a great opportunity to relive fond memories and clear up misty details via internet collaboration.
