“Only connect.” – my mother
“Only connect! That was the whole of her sermon. Only connect the prose and the passion, and both will be exalted, and human love will be seen at its height. Live in fragments no longer. Only connect, and the beast and the monk, robbed of the isolation that is life to either, will die.” – E. M. Forster Howard’s End
“True self is non-self, the awareness that the self is made only of non-self elements. There’s no separation between self and other, and everything is interconnected. Once you are aware of that, you are no long caught in the idea that you are a separate entity.” – Thich Nhat Hanh
[ Smiles ] You did rather well at that photo challenge.
I love the picture of the bridge!
Royal Gorge is rather spectacular, I guess. (I don’t typically photograph manmade stuff much.) Thanks for your visit!
[ Smiles ] You are welcome!
Beautiful entry! π Hope you had a lovely Fourth of July!
Thanks!
That first one is rather spectacular. I haven’t seen it since I was a child.

I bet when you were a child, they didn’t have a “zip line adventure” right next to it. (I am not a fan of embellishing natural wonders with tourist attractions.)
Probably not and I wouldn’t have gone on it if they did. π
Okay no more catching up tonight. I must away to sleep and come back to the Grandparent project another day..
Sleep well, sweet Friend! May you dream of rainbows and dinosaur bones, wonders in the sky and in the Earth. When you get to the Grandparent Project, I hope you’ll find some wonders there, too. Thank you for your time and attention! I feel so warmed by your presence. β€
Thank you for those beautiful words xxx
