Resilient: able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.
“Just remember in the winter, far beneath the bitter snow lies the seed that with the sun’s love, in the spring becomes the rose.” – Amanda McBroom
To all of you who hold a seed deep in your heart – a seed of peace, of love, of tolerance, of equality, of community, and of hope – I give you my warm wishes for a wonder-filled New Year. To all of you who shine love on the seed that is deep in my heart, I give you my undying gratitude for your support.
Great photo xx
Thanks! I appreciate your visit!
So pretty! Great photo.
Hardy little thing kept its bloom so late…I just hope the bush survives my first winter here so that I’ll see more blooms next year!
Four years ago I had winter pansies in a pot, on my patio. They were covered up but still survived a very cold winter.
One of the songs I often sing, Scilla. Wishing you a fulfilling and creative
New Year. Cheers and appreciation from south of the equator.
Thanks so much, Meg! Cheers to you and yours as well!
Beautiful image, perfectly encaptures the theme of this week’s challenge.
Thanks, Jim! I was happy to remember that I had this one. I appreciate your visit!
