Oh.. I do not like that Stags head.. I think I would have swapped this photo with the stern statue so that he was looking down disapprovingly as I would !
That was the head of our Thanksgiving venison. My future son-in-law shot him and cooked him. Mixed feelings there, but after hearing the details, it seemed more like food procurement from an abundant source than sport.
